How does this work?
Nimses is a global, economic ecosystem built upon the absolute value of human time. It is a unified system of accounting for all of the time of living human beings, to be precise. To become a member of this economy, I have to register: this is a standard economic procedure. For example, in the old days, for me to be taken into account by society, the city council, tax officials, kindergarten or at the workplace I would have to show documents to prove I exist: passport, birth certificate etc. At Nimses the procedure is much simpler, but the principle is the same. Everyone has the right to be registered, but no one can have two birth certificates.
Looking at the screen of our phone we can see traffic jams, follow the schedule of public transport, travel, book accommodation, order food or a taxi, find interesting places, events and each other. Despite conspiracy theories, paranoia, and the delusion of being watched, geodata has significantly simplified our lives.

Our blinking and mind-teasing hardly indulge us to turn to the philosophical idea of the Logos on a daily basis. We are quite used to expressing ourselves by means of hollow words, oversaturated metaphors and reduced communicative formulas, akin to memes and emojis. We often find ourselves barehanded without in-app messenger stickers and gifs. Words don’t come easily to us. And those which do come, appear to be somehow insufficient. Words are now only needed when photos or videos can’t cope. They seem to have lost their status as the ultimate means of communication.

From our first survey, we learnt that you need an affordable, stable and easy-to-use system with high accuracy and easy installation.
In our last blog article we covered the basic characteristics of your ideal steering system, but that was just the beginning.
In December 2015 we had the idea to create an affordable, easy-to-use tractor navigation system for farmers. It was a great journey. Farmers from all over the world supported our crowdfunding campaign, and helped us to decide on the most important characteristics and even on the design of this GPS and RTK system.
The idea of the product was ready, but one thing was missing – the name. And I remember how we chose it. We started with around 100 different names, and then narrowed this list down to 20. We had intense discussions within a team. But when the FieldBee name appeared, it was a defining moment. It was unanimously accepted in a second. For us, bee was clearly associated with the hardworking farmer who is bringing so much good to people. Amazing, God’s creatures – both bees and farmers!
eFarmer recently undertook the challenge to create the automatic steering system that every farmer dreams about. Our goal is to develop a solution that will allow you to upgrade your tractor to automatic steering with minimum costs and high quality and last week we asked you to help us achieve that.
It was great to see how farmers from all around the world came together to share their ideas about their dream automatic steering system. It gave us essential insights and set the direction for creating a truly amazing product. We have finally processed the results and are ready to share them with you with, as we promised.

POLYTEDA`s flagship tool - PowerDRC/LVS is an efficient and innovative cloud-ready tool for physical verification of integrated circuits covering principal DRC and LVS tasks both in single- and multi-CPU modes. The tool has been qualified for the variety of process nodes up to 40nm. Physical verification (PV) of an integrated circuit design is a critical step that must be completed prior to handing off a design to the foundry for manufacturing. It is a task that demands both performance and accuracy. Performance is required in to order meet schedule requirements in a competitive marketplace where time-to-market is a key driver.
Accuracy is important to avoid re-spins, yield loss, or even outright failures in the finished chip. Chip designers are naturally concerned about trading off performance for accuracy or vice versa – both are important and cannot be sacrificed. A balance needs to be achieved between over- and under-checking the design.
Demonstrating the importance of physical verification tools, annual licensing revenue is approaching $500M per year. These tools are typically licensed for hosting and use within a customer’s computing and design environment. However, cloud-based physical verification is beginning to be adopted as a more cost effective solution for many segments of the market. Cloud-based physical verification is not only more cost effective but offers advantages in performance and accuracy that competing tools cannot deliver even at their higher price points.

TERMINATION OF USE
